Kinda' is a collective of french directors created in 2005, working mostly in France and Japan. Kinda's interest is in the making of short films exploring mixed images and forms of narration.

There are 4 persons under the name of Kinda, with complementary approaches and backgrounds:

Pierre Bouchilloux
was born in 1973 . In 1997 he graduated from ESRA as director / editor. From 1997 to 2005, he worked in France as free-lance director for various commercial films. He is living in Japan since 2006.

Christophe Defaye
was born in 1968. In 1995 he graduated from Bordeaux School of Architecture. In 2000, after 5 years of free lance works on architecture, landscape design and 3D visualization, he co-founded AOKI, an animation & 3D SFX creative studio, working there as art director. Next year, he moved to Japan to lead the Tokyo branch of AOKI studio.

Olivier Defaye
was born in 1973. In 1999, he graduated from Bordeaux school of Architecture, while actively working as a free lance 3D graphic designer. He co-founded AOKI in 2000, and worked since then as art director, character designer and compositing artist. He is currently living in Paris.

Bruno Pellier
was born in 1968. In 1994 he obtained a Master of Computer Science at Bordeaux Science University, while at the same time studying at Bordeaux school of Architecture. In 1997 he also obtained a master of Comtemporary Litterature at Bordeaux University. Since then he was involved in theater and writing. In 2000, he co-founded AOKI, working there as script writer and art director. He is currently living in Paris.

ブシユ・ピエール
1973年生まれ。1997年、ESRAを卒業。ディレクター・エディター専攻。1997〜2005年までフリーで様々なＣＦの監督として活動。2006年より日本在住。

デファイ・クリストフ
1968年生まれ。1995年ボルドー大学建築学部卒業。フリーで、建築ランドスケープデザイナー、３Ｄ映像デザイナーとして活動。2000年アニメーションと３D SFX クリエイティブスタジオ「AOKI」を設立。アートディレクション担当。その後日本支店設立に伴い来日。東京在住。

デファイ・オリヴィエ
1973年生まれ。1999年ボルドー大学建築学部卒業。フリーで、３Ｄグラフィックデザイナーとして活動。2000年AOKIを設立。アートディレクション・キャラクターデザイン・コンポジティングを担当。パリ在住。

ブエノ・ペリエ
1968年生まれ。1994年ボルドー工科大学 情報処理学科卒業。同時期にボルドー大学建築学科で学ぶ。1997年ボルドー大学文学部卒業。その後、シナリオや短編小説を発表。2000年AOKIを設立。脚本・アートディレクションを担当。パリ在住。
